By Road
Follow the A1 and exit at Scotch Corner on the east side of the Great North Road. The racecourse is situated just off the A1 approximately five miles south of Scotch Corner. The exit at Catterick Village is the most suitable point to leave the A1 – the course is just on the outskirts of the village.
By Rail
Darlington station is on the line from London Kings Cross. Buses run frequently from the station

The Grandstand in this part of the course overlooks the Winning Post. Facilities offer seating both indoor and out. You can see the Parade Ring, the Winner's Enclosure and access all other Enclosures
