Set in a stunning natural amphitheatre, Cheltenham is the undisputed home of National Hunt racing. Hosting 16 fixtures of superb quality each year, Cheltenham is best known for the National Hunt Festival held in March, when crowds of 50,000 gather to watch the best horses and jockeys from Britain, Ireland and Europe compete in jumping’s ‘Olympics’.

Cheltenham Racecourse is situated 2 miles north of Cheltenham town centre, approximately 100 miles west of London. On racedays, please follow the recommended routes signed by the AA. There are extensive car parks, which are free, except for The Festival.
By Rail
Cheltenham Spa station is served by direct trains from London Paddington and Birmingham New Street. A bus link to the racecourse is provided on racedays.

There are numerous Tote windows and bookmaker facilities across all enclosures, including table service in the Panoramic Restaurant
Parking
Extensive car parking is free on racedays, except for The Festival.
Children
Children aged under 16 can enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult to all enclosures except at The Festival when full rates apply
Disabled
Disabled facilities are available in each enclosure for race viewing and also an area overlooking the Parade Ring. For more information, please contact the racecourse
