Travel Information Local Transport Links By Road The racecourse is ten miles south of Glasgow. From Glasgow, take the M74 and exit Junction 5. From Edinburgh take the M8, exit Junction 6 and take the A723. From the south, take the A74 and M74 from Carlisle and exit Junction 5. By Rail Trains from London Euston and Yorkshire run to Glasgow Central. From here, take a connection to Hamilton West. Hamilton Racecourse Facilities Betting There are Tote and bookmaker facilities across the course and you are also able to have a bet and a drink in Joe Punter’s Bar. Parking Free parking can be found in the main public car park. Children Under 16's are admitted free.
