Travel Information Local Transport Links By Road From the north, take the A49 from Leominster, then the A4110. From the south, opt for the A49 and A495. The A438 through Hereford runs close to the course By Rail Hereford station is just a mile from the course on the line from London Paddington. Railway Station Hereford Railway Station 1.2 miles (1.9 km) Airport Bristol 47.7 miles (76.8 km) By Air Helicopters can land at the racecourse by prior agreement. Hereford Racecourse Facilities Betting There are Tote and bookmaking facilities across the course Parking There is plenty of free car parking Children Children under the age of 16 enter free when accompanied by an adult. Disabled Easy access to the Grandstands with a toilet in the Premier Enclosure. There is also a special viewing area. |
Hereford Racecourse Enclosures And Grandstands Premier Tickets: £13 - £15 Food And Drink The Premier Restaurant is a waitress-serviced restaurant, offering 2 or 3 course luncheons and afternoon tea. There is also the bar providing a range of drinks and seating. Viewing The Grandstand leads down to the Premier Lawn and overlooks the racecourse. There is access to all the racecourse facilities and the Winner’s Enclosure and the Parade Ring Dress Grandstand and Paddock Tickets: Food And Drink There are two grandstands in this area and they both include bar and food facilities. Viewing The racing action can all be seen from the terraced Grandstands. It is also possible to view the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure Dress |
