Welcome To Nottingham Racecourse
Nottingham Racecourse has a rich 100-year history, hosting Flat racing only for the first time in 1996. Now offering a total of 21 days racing from March through to November, this Midlands course is becoming increasingly popular and has undergone significant improvements to its facilities in recent years, including a refurbished Grandstand.

By Road
The racecourse is east of Nottingham off the B686 Colwick road. From the north, racegoers should leave the M1 at Junction 25 and follow the A52 to the A6011 at West Bridgford. From here follow the brown Tourist Board signs and Park & Ride signs to the course.
By Rail
Nottingham railway station is two miles from the course.

Betting
There are Tote and bookmaker facilities around the course.
Parking
All car parking is free.
Children
Children 16 and under can enter for free when accompanied by an adult. There is also a small adventure playground and there is always additional entertainment at weekend, evening and bank holiday meetings.
Disabled
There are trackside and parade ring viewing ramps for disabled racegoers with lift access to both stands.

Food And Drink
The Centenary Bar has a full bar service with sandwiches, baguettes, pork rolls, pastries and tea and coffee. The Lawn Bar offers a full bar service as well as pitchers of beer and Pimms and the Members Rooftop Restaurant has a 3 course carvery lunch or evening meal available.
Viewing
From the Centenary Stand there are views of the racecourse, the Parade Ring and the Winner’s Enclosure. You can access all the other racecourse facilities from this area as well as Tote betting stands.

Smart Casual, i.e. no denim, shorts, T-shirts or trainers.

Food And Drink
The Champions Bar provides a full bar, pies, sandwiches, baguettes, sausage and mash etc. The Bistro and Champagne Bar has Deli style seafood and cold meat platters as well as a daily hot platter. There’s also Frankie’s Bar and the summer pavilion offering both snacks and drinks.
Viewing
The main Grandstand provides views across the course and provides access to the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure. In the summer it is possible to use the Summer Pavilion which has a fully stocked bar as well as a lawn terrace next to the Parade Ring

The advantage of the draw is dependent on the position of the stalls



Left-handed oval, galloping, flat with easy turns. About 1m4f round with 4 1/2f run-in. Alternative 5f course on old hurdle track.
